PROJECT BRIEF
The project called for the upgrade of an existing residence to a contemporary beach house. The brief was to make most of the views towards Mossel Bay by means of large balconies. The client wanted clean contemporary lines throughout the design. The firm made use of the existing ground floor structure as a base, from there the new first storey developed. The challenge: to incorporate the Northern sun and combining it with views to the South East.
