PROJECT BRIEF
Redevelopment of a block of flats, which some time ago, were one of Mossel Bay’s most sought after addresses. The large flats face north, overlooking Santos beach and the Outeniqua Mountains in the background. The current garages are located on street level with a view very seldom found. The proposal calls for the erection of a more suitable and better planned parking garage and the development of additional flats.
The modernization of the building is required to address previous construction defects and problems with maintenance.
