PROJECT BRIEF
The concept of a 5* deluxe hotel development on a unique site for an experienced developer, Costa Zervas Properties. The project was inspired by the rolling dunes on which the hotel and apartments would rest. The new buildings creating a profound yet humble silhouette in the landscape, when approached from the beach. Environmental sensitive and sustainable architectural design principles were the key to the design of this hotel complex.
