WORKING WITH YOU

 

The architectural profession operates within a structured 6-stage framework as outlined below. Each stage is carefully developed, focusing on specific key deliverables that provide the client with a clear understanding of what occurs at every step.
Considerable time is dedicated to each stage, ensuring a thorough examination of the particular step. This comprehensive approach guarantees the project's smooth progression, meeting expectations consistently. Clients have the flexibility to choose individual stages or specific groups of stages that best suit their requirements.  We offer a complete service covering stages 01 to 06, encompassing the 

conceptual phase, sketch plans, and on-site contract administration. Our fee structure for Stage 01-04, which covers the conceptual phase up to municipal documentation, is determined by a fixed rate, calculated according to the time and complexity involved. In the event that the allocated concept revisions for a stage are exceeded, an hourly fee will apply. For Stage 05-06, fees are calculated as a percentage of the final contract amount once the tender is awarded, and the final building cost is known.
